About cyborg (English version)

I am 31, hard of hear­ing since birth. I have been wear­ing hear­ing aids since I was 8 months old. I got a cochlear implant in my left ear on Feb­ru­ary 12th, 2007, at the Inter­na­tional Cen­ter of Hear­ing and Speech. The sur­geon was Prof. Hen­ryk Skarżyński.
Here is my audio­gram before the surgery.

My implant is a Nucleus Free­dom of Cochlear.
